Exchange Program Alumni Attend Ambassador's IFTAR in Full Force

Ambassador James Keith’s final in a series of Iftar dinners welcomed 50 U.S. government sponsored exchange program alumni and senior scholars.  The distinguished guest list included many alumni of the International Visitor Leadership Program, the Fulbright program, the Humphrey and Eisenhower programs as well as alumni from youth exchange programs.  In addition, the Vice Chancellor of the National University of Malaysia as well as Deans from various universities came to break fast with Ambassador and Mrs. Keith.  The record attendance reflected our alumni’s positive memories of their time in the U.S.  Moreover, the event provided an opportunity for Malaysians and Americans to renew their friendship and to network.
