GIST Transformers Come to America

Three entrepreneurs from Malaysia will be visiting America from November 4th to November 16th as part of the GIST Entrepreneurship Journey.

These entrepreneurs are part of a cohort of 17 top GIST participants from 2011 and 2012 who are visiting the United States for two weeks to learn about our entrepreneurship ecosystem and to share with us their experiences in starting a company in their countries. They will be visiting entrepreneurship and innovation hubs in Silicon Valley, Boston, New York City, and Washington, DC. The Journey participants will be immersed in the American innovation ecosystem through events such as skills-building training and networking as well as meetings with top innovation companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. The Journey culminates in Washington, DC with a “Celebration of Entrepreneurship” hosted by the White House on November 15th.
